HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workouts like sled pushes, rowing, burpees, and lunges. Training for HYROX in our CrossFit gym means you’ll build strength, endurance, and cardio in one powerful workout.
We blend traditional CrossFit movements with HYROX-specific training to help you move better, get stronger, and increase your stamina — whether you’re preparing for a race or just want to challenge yourself in a new way. No experience needed, just a willingness to work hard and have fun!

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.

This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.
